Layered Salad

Ingredients

½ Lettuce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 hard-boiled eggs (mashed with a fork)
6 shallots (chopped finely)
250 grams mushrooms
1 large tomato
125 grams grated tasty cheese
4 rashes of bacon – cooked
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
2 tablespoons of sour cream
Snow peas
2 teaspoons French mustard (Djion)

Method

Sprinkle peas on lettuce.

Combine bacon, eggs, mushrooms and spread over peas.  Top with  layer of cheese.

Mix mayonnaise, parsley, mustard, lemon juice, sour cream and shallots and pour over cheese.

Refrigerate overnight.

Before serving garnish with snow peas and tomatoes.

Dig deep.
