Irish Stew with Guiness


½ kg of lamb leg diced 1 tsp of Worcester sauce
3 potatoes, peeled and cut into a large dice 10 button mushrooms cut into half
10 baby onions peeled and cut in half 1 tbsp. of olive oil
3 cloves of garlic peeled ½ can of Guinness
1 sprig of rosemary ½ liter of water
1 sprig of thyme Salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 tbsp. of HP sauce 2 tbsp. parsley chopped


In a hot pan brown the lamb pieces before adding the rest of the ingredients. Cook very slowly for about one hour to 90 minutes.

Mix in the parsley and season with salt and pepper
