Shipping and Returns
All orders are sent via Australia Post, standard postage. These orders take between 5/10 days to arrive.
Overseas orders are sent via air mail with Australia Post and you may select insurance. You can expect to receive your Overseas order in approximately 10/15 working days from the date of departure depending on the destination.
Aussie Products is an agent for various manufacturers all over Australia and because of this, the goods originate from the address of each supplier which ensures the customer is paying the exact shipping cost. Customers can put multiple items from one supplier as well as all supplier into their cart.
You may return new, unopened items within 21 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Otherwise, it is the customers responsibility to pay the return postage costs.
You should expect to receive your refund within 14 days of returning your item to Aussie-products or the appropriate manufacturer.
If you need to return an item, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item. Please note that refunds can only be finalised in the original payment method, e.g., If the method of payment were Pay Pal we would refund back into your Pay Pal account.
If you require insurance on any Australian purchases, please add the dollar amount required before going through checkout and this will be calculated with the shipping cost.
